KiZAN Announces Proactive Client Outreach for Windows 10 End of Life
October 9, 2024 - KiZAN is committed to ensuring our clients are well-prepared for the upcoming changes in the technology landscape. As part of this commitment, we are proactively reaching out to all our clients to inform and remind them that Windows 10 will reach its End of Life (EOL) on October 2025.
This communication aims to advise our clients of the following key points:
- Change Notification: Windows 10 will become EOL in October 2025.
- EOL Date: The specific date for the EOL.
- Inability to Opt-Out: Clients will not be able to opt-out of this change. While there are long-term servicing channels available, they are not commonly used by most clients.
- Migration Assistance: Kizan offers a comprehensive path to help clients plan and implement this migration. This includes in-place migrations as well as updating their imaging and provisioning processes.
