KiZAN Technologies has an immediate need for an exceptional individual to join our family as a SOC Analyst II. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, is a true team player with a commitment to success, has leadership skills, and will be able to thrive in a fast paced, rapidly-changing environment. Responsibilities: An SOC Analyst II is a subject matter expert responsible for managing threats, disseminating information, and handling, responding to and investigating all incident escalations from the Security Operations Center. Level 2 team members are responsible for coordinating with the CSIRT process when necessary and managing incidents throughout the event life cycle. Level 2 team members will further an investigation and ensure root cause and resolution for metrics, tracking, and lessons learned are compiled, documented, and disseminated in conjunction with the CIRT process. Cybersecurity Operations Cybersecurity Analysis, Detection and Response: 40% Manage SOC event and information intake to include gathering intelligence reports, monitoring ticket queues, investigating reported incidents, and interacting with other security and network groups as necessary. Continuously monitor network traffic and systems for security anomalies, intrusions, or breaches. Perform research and use systems and tools in places, such as SIEM, XDR, NAC, and other Investigate Level 1 escalated Incidents. Ensure SOC Triage Tagged Incidents are addressed in a timely manner using available reporting and metrics. Monitor Level 1 Analyst performance investigating incoming Incidents using SOC-available tools

Responsibilities The Project Manager provides project oversight, management, and direction in the development and deployment of technology to meet strategic and tactical business goals for assigned customers. The candidate must be customer facing, have a professional appearance, energetic personality, and utilize effective communication skills. The candidate should require minimal supervision and direction in order to accomplish assigned tasks. The candidate will be expected to follow PMO processes based on the PMI practices. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: Able to follow PMO processes with minimal supervision Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements Manages resource schedules and time allocation of resources Effectively communicates relevant project information to client stakeholders, KiZAN account executives and other internal stakeholders. Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope Effectively applies our methodologies and enforces project standards Prepares for engagement reviews Minimizes our exposure and risk on project Documentation throughout the project life cycle to ensure stakeholders are informed and provide clarity for the project team Tracks and ensures team is reporting hours and expenses on a regular basis Manages project budget and works with project team to ensure time has been entered for project and time entries are correct Ensures timely and accurate invoicing Identifies business development and add-on sales opportunities as they relate to a specific project Excellent facilitation skills, including meeting content/agenda and proactive/creative management of issues Resolves and/or escalates issues in a timely fashion Understands how to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully Motivates team to work together in the most efficient manner Mitigates team conflict and communication problems Manages day-to-day client interaction Sets and manages client expectations Develops lasting relationships with client personnel that foster client ties Continually seeks opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships Builds a knowledge base of each client's business, organization and objectives Complies with and helps to enforce standard policies and procedures Minimum Requirements 3+ years of Project Manager experience Ability to manage multiple projects (single to multiple KiZAN resource projects) Experience with IT project management Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies Prior experience in a professional services environment strongly preferred Ability to travel, overnight up to 20% Ability to travel on behalf of KiZAN with reliable transportation. KiZAN has an all-purpose paid time off (PTO) policy for eligible employees to use for vacation, illness or injury, and personal business. All regular, full-time employees are eligible to earn and use PTO.
We believe in maintaining a healthy work-life balance. In fact, all employees are required to take at least one full week of fully paid time off each year to relax and unwind.
KiZAN has a hybrid work environment. Although many of our employees enjoy working within the conveniences of an office environment, many prefer to work 100% remotely. Others work on-site with customers every day. We're flexible.

Yes! Since our origin, KiZAN Technologies, LLC has had a Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) policy and hardware purchase program for both newly hired and current employees. Generally speaking, windows-based laptops, tablets, phones and anything that connects or is installed into these devices is eligible. Ask about our current reimbursement limits.
