Managed Services – Tier I Support Location: West Chester, OH (On-Site Full Time, M-F) Salary based on experience $40,000-$60,000 annually Tier I Analysts are the first line of support within KiZAN’s Managed Services team. They provide high-quality customer service, resolve common technical issues, and escalate complex problems to higher-tier engineers. This role is foundational to building client trust and ensuring SLA adherence. Key Responsibilities • Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and ticketing system. • Perform initial triage, troubleshooting, and resolution for incidents related to Microsoft 365, Windows OS, and basic networking. • Accurately document, classify, and escalate unresolved tickets to Tier II engineers or appropriate teams. • Maintain detailed knowledge base documentation to support first-call resolution. • Contribute to proactive tasks, including system health checks and user provisioning/deprovisioning. • Participate in on-call rotation and after-hours support as required. We are seeking an experienced Controller to lead and oversee all aspects of financial management, including corporate accounting, regulatory compliance, and financial reporting. This role is critical in ensuring accuracy, integrity, and efficiency across all accounting operations. Responsibilities: Financial Close, Reporting & Accuracy Own the monthly close process (timeline, checklists, reconciliations) Ensure accurate and timely financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) Maintain the general ledger, chart of accounts, and proper classifications Prepare management reporting packages for leadership and the board Support budget vs. actuals and variance analysis (in partnership with FP&A/CFO) Cash Flow Management & Working Capital Monitor daily/weekly cash position Forecast short‑term cash needs Manage AR collections and credit policies Oversee AP timing and payment controls Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable & Payroll Oversight AR Invoicing accuracy and timeliness Collections process and aging management Revenue recognition support AP Invoice processing controls Expense reimbursement oversight Company credit card management Payroll Payroll processing or oversight Payroll tax compliance Coordination with HR on changes and benefits Compliance, Tax & External Coordination Coordinate with external accountants and tax advisors Ensure timely tax filings (payroll, sales/use, income tax support) Manage audit requests Support lender reporting and covenant compliance Systems, Process Improvement & Scalability Own accounting systems (ERP, expense tools) Improve close efficiency and data quality Recommend automation and process improvements Ensure data integrity between systems (CRM → billing → GL) Scale finance operations as the company grows Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred). 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role. Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards. Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems. Exceptional analytical, organizational, and leadership skills. Ability to work onsite 5 days per week with a flexible schedule

Training, Enablement & Documentation Design and deliver training aligned to customer business processes. Create technical documentation and knowledge-transfer materials. Support citizen developers and end users with guidance and best practices. Collaboration & Leadership Work cross-functionally with delivery teams, consultants, and architects. Mentor junior team members and support skill development. Contribute to best practices, standards, and repeatable solution frameworks. Expected Outcomes Successful deployment of Copilot solutions aligned to customer business outcomes. Demonstrated client value through measurable adoption and ROI metrics
Understand client’s business needs and objectives and help translate them into project requirements Identify opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships. Project Delivery & Execution Follow PMO processes with minimal supervision. Create, execute, and adjust project work plans to meet changing needs and requirements. Assign resources, manage schedules, and allocate team responsibilities. Manage day-to-day operational aspects of projects, including scope, deliverables, budgets, and time tracking. Track team hours and expenses to ensure accurate reporting and billing. Resolve or escalate project issues in a timely and effective manner. Minimize risk and exposure for KiZAN and clients throughout project lifecycle. Ensure quality and adherence to methodology via engagement reviews and documentation.
