Accountant The AP and Payroll Accountant plays a critical role in ensuring the financial integrity, operational reliability, and employee trust of the organization. This position is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of payroll and vendor payments, directly impacting employee satisfaction, vendor relationships, cash flow management, and regulatory compliance. Senior Accountant The Senior Accountant plays a critical role in ensuring the company’s financial health by owning the end-to-end Accounts Receivable process and serving as a key partner to the Controller. This role is responsible for accurate and timely invoicing, cash application, AR aging management, dispute resolution, and close support, while maintaining strong internal controls and audit-ready documentation. By improving cash flow, strengthening close discipline, and providing reliable financial insight, this position helps scale the finance function and supports informed business decision-making. Managed Services – Tier I Support Location: West Chester, OH (On-Site Full Time, M-F) Salary based on experience $40,000-$60,000 annually Tier I Analysts are the first line of support within KiZAN’s Managed Services team. They provide high-quality customer service, resolve common technical issues, and escalate complex problems to higher-tier engineers. This role is foundational to building client trust and ensuring SLA adherence. Key Responsibilities • Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and ticketing system. • Perform initial triage, troubleshooting, and resolution for incidents related to Microsoft 365, Windows OS, and basic networking. • Accurately document, classify, and escalate unresolved tickets to Tier II engineers or appropriate teams. • Maintain detailed knowledge base documentation to support first-call resolution. • Contribute to proactive tasks, including system health checks and user provisioning/deprovisioning. • Participate in on-call rotation and after-hours support as required. Adoption & Change Management Consultant The Adoption & Change Management (ACM) Consultant is a practitioner-level role focused on delivering structured adoption and training work within defined engagement scopes. Working primarily on Microsoft 365 Copilot and Modern Work initiatives, this consultant executes change management activities, designs and delivers end-user training, and supports customer champions, developing the skills and experience to operate with increasing independence over time. This is a customer-facing role. The ACM Consultant presents and trains in front of live audiences regularly and represents KiZAN professionally across working-team settings. Senior team members provide guidance on approach, review deliverables, and are available for escalation when engagements require more complex judgment. Responsibilities Change Management Execution The Consultant executes change management activities within an established plan. In well-defined engagements, the Consultant may operate independently; in more complex situations, they work with guidance from a Senior Consultant or project lead. Execute change management activities within a defined engagement plan, communications, readiness assessments, adoption checkpoints, and reinforcement activities with increasing independence as experience grows. Develop and maintain change management deliverables including communications calendars, training plans, readiness trackers, and champion logs throughout the engagement lifecycle. Conduct stakeholder interviews and user surveys to gather readiness and sentiment data, summarizing findings clearly for project leads and customer stakeholders
