Microsoft has announced SharePoint 2010 workflows will be retired starting August 1, 2020. This applies to all environments, including Government Community Cloud (GCC) High and Department of Defense. If you’re using SharePoint 2010 workflows, Microsoft recommends migrating to Power Automate or other supported solutions.

These recommendations will include how many workflows will be affected and categories that they can be associated with (such as out of the box workflows, customized workflows, and highly customized business processes), the sites they will affect, and the recommended migration path for each category. KiZAN will also provide power-user Power Automate training for existing workflow designer “Power Users” inside of your organization (provided remotely via Teams) to get your users started on this transition.
