KiZAN Technologies is an information technology (IT) professional services firm with headquarters in Louisville Kentucky. Our mission is to be the first choice for creating and deploying leading-edge information technology solutions and for educating information technology professionals. KiZAN is seeking two highly energetic, goal oriented, assertive and competitive individuals with exceptional rapport building skills to contact potential customers/prospects by telephone. The successful associates in this role will become the main source of new business leads for KiZAN. Our successful candidates will set appointments for KiZAN team members by leveraging the telephone and by supporting marketing programs. The majority of the work (over 75%) will be accomplished through telephone calls to potential customers. The purpose of these roles are to create NEW opportunities for KiZAN with NEW accounts only. Some of the Requirements are: - Post high school education at an associates degree level or equivalent experience.
- Telephone sales/service desk experience with any of the following: IT services and products, managed IT services, or IT consulting.
- Possess a track record of quality performance with telephone sales or telephone customer service.
- Excellent communication skills are required, both written and oral along with strong organizational, presentation, and customer service skills.
- Proficient with general office applications; knowledge of Microsoft Office preferred.
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly.
- Typing skills to ensure quick and accurate data.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast moving environment
