KiZAN Health Check

The KiZAN Health Check solution is perfect for businesses of all sizes.  Simply put you want your technology to work!  If you are like most organizations you've made significant investments in technology and implemented them to the best of your ability.  Time goes by...things change... people leave and before you know it the systems you count on to deliver top notch business performance aren't working the way they used to.  That's where the KiZAN Health Check can help.

KiZAN has many different flavors of the Health Check offering for you to choose from.  Each engagement showcases a certified KiZAN team who will analyze the specifics of your selected technology.  A detailed report will specifically address the areas of opportunity and next steps to get your environment back in shape.

The results are peace of mind, a more productive environment and an overall sense of happiness. (Ok... that last one isn't a guarantee but it is certainly something we strive for.)

KiZAN wins 2010 Alfred P. Sloan Award for Workplace Flexibility

8/9/2010 10:46:38 AM

The Alfred P. Sloan Awards for Business Excellence in Workplace Flexibility recognizes employers of all types and sizes that are using workplace flexibility as a tool to enhance business and employee success.

The Awards are unique for their rigorous criteria. To win, applicants must rank in the top 20% of U.S. employers in terms of their programs and practices for creating effective and flexible workplaces, based on nationally representative data from Families and Work Institute. What is more, two thirds of the overall score is derived from a confidential employee survey, ensuring that these programs and practices are having a real impact where the “rubber meets the road,” on the employee experience.
